Clean It Up, Inc. is a family-owned cleaning company based in Naples, FL. We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented business. From our clients to our employees, we incorporate a family atmosphere into every aspect of our company.

Originally founded in January 2000 by husband and wife Randy and Esperanza Eastman, Clean It Up grew into the premier cleaning company in Naples, FL. The dynamic between Randy and Esperanza worked perfectly: he would handle all of the business operations, while she would take care of all the client and employee interactions.

Unfortunately, Randy was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. He fought for four long years, trying to balance the business, battling his illness, and supporting his family. Randy passed away in 2013, and the company was left to his wife, Esperanza.

Since then, Esperanza has managed the business, learning many invaluable lessons that came with the new responsibilities put on her shoulders by the loss of her husband. Through all these lessons, she has been able to keep Clean It Up as one of the best cleaning companies in Naples, FL.

Today, Randy and Esperanza’s son, Cody Eastman, has taken over business operations, managing every facet of Clean It Up. Cody aims to maintain the values that this company was founded on by his father, emphasizing the family culture upon which this company was built.

Randy was born in Sandstone, MN. Growing up in Minnesota gave him many exciting memories and experiences, including being part of a successful family-owned sporting goods company. This eventually led him to Naples, FL, where he founded Clean It Up, Inc. with his wife, Esperanza.

One thing Randy loved more than business was his family. He and his family were very close—whether it was his parents, sister, wife, or children, they always came first. Some of his favorite pastimes included watching NASCAR, golfing, and cheering for his beloved Minnesota Twins and Vikings.

He built this company on the same family values he lived by in his personal life. Here at Clean It Up, we are committed to honoring those values every day in memory of Randy.

I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, and later moved to Spain, where I met Randy. While in Spain, I gained valuable experience in the banking industry, which I’ve applied to my work at Clean It Up.

Starting Clean It Up with Randy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Through this company, I have had the privilege of developing long-lasting relationships with many of our clients, employees, and business partners—relationships I will cherish forever.

When I’m not working with Clean It Up, one of my favorite hobbies is learning. I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge through reading and taking classes.

I love Clean It Up and what it has done for my life. My goal is to make the same kind of impact on the people we interact with every day.

Born and raised right here in Naples, FL, I have lived here my entire life. I studied business management at Florida Gulf Coast University and worked for a privately-owned online marketing company, where I gained many invaluable lessons that I aim to apply to this business.

I watched my Dad grow this business from the ground up. My intention is to honor everything he built this company on and add to it to make a lasting impact in Naples, FL. I want to be more than just a cleaning service to our clients—I want them to feel the family environment that my Dad integrated into this business so well.

In my personal life, I am a committed Christian and desire for the employees and clients of Clean It Up to see the humility, love, and self-sacrifice of Jesus reflected in my leadership within the company and the community.
