How do I get a quote for cleaning my home?

You have a couple options. You can fill out the quote form listed under QUOTES from the home page, give us a call, or if you prefer, email us a note listing your preferences. Once you make contact, we’ll mark your account with your preferred communication method for future use.

What if I have a special request for the cleaners?

At Clean It Up, we take great pride in providing every client with a unique, customized level of service. If you have any special requests, big or small, reach out before your next scheduled cleaning. The sooner you do so, the more time it gives us to share your request with your cleaning professional.

What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning appointment at the last minute?

If possible, we like at least 24 – 48 hours or more notice, so we can make the appropriate changes on our end. We understand that emergencies do arise; just let us know as soon as possible of any changes.

Also, if you want to reschedule your cleaning, you can provide a few dates and times that work for you. We’ll do our best to accommodate your suggestions.

How about washing linens and towels, doing the dishes, or picking up clutter–are those included with my cleanings?

We customize each cleaning to meet the client’s needs. In your initial quotation, if you requested that specific items be completed during cleanings, they will be included in each cleaning.

If something additional arises that you would like cleaned each time, contact the office and the appropriate adjustments will be made.

Unlike other Naples cleaning services, we make it a priority to customize our cleanings per the client’s instructions. You should never be shy about making special requests, as there’s a very good chance we can meet your needs.

Should I tip my cleaning crew?

Tipping is not required nor is it expected. Employees realize that any tips they receive are recognition for their outstanding service. If you feel that you received exceptional service and want to tip your cleaning professional, you are permitted to do so.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We do. Our teams arrive at your home with all the necessary and environmentally safe cleaning supplies they need to make your home neat and clean each and every time.

If you have any questions or concerns about the supplies we use, don’t hesitate to ask. We want to make sure that you’re 100 percent comfortable with the supplies we use to keep your home looking its best.

Of course, we only use the safest cleaning supplies, so you never have to worry about these harming you, your family, your pets, or your property.

Do you use hypoallergenic or green cleaning products?

Our vacuums are triple filtered to remove even the smallest particles of dust and allergens in your home.

As for green cleaning, the cleaning industry is currently debating on how to mix green interest with sanitizing for antimicrobial effectiveness.

We use green seal and certified cleaning chemicals and want to make sure we clean your home with the safest and most effective cleaning supplies available to us.

We’re open to suggestions and requests, so if you prefer us to use or not use a particular product, contact our office to discuss your concerns.

What if I have pets?

Pets are not a problem. We ask that your pets are properly contained when we clean your home.

Furthermore, if your pets tend to leave a mess in your home, such as a dog that sheds, let us know that it’s an area of concern for you. We’ll take special measures to ensure that your concerns receive special attention.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Many Naples cleaning companies require a long-term contract, often for six of 12 months. We don’t lock you into a contract, but instead let our service do our talking.

Does the same person clean my home every time?

Yes, it’s our goal to send the same professional to your home for every cleaning. This allows the person to become comfortable with your property and your specific requirements. If for any reason a change is necessary, we provide the new professional with all the information required to provide top-notch service.

Do I need to be home (or away) during my cleanings?

This is your choice. Most people schedule cleanings while they’re away, such as at work, so their schedule isn’t disturbed. However, if you’ll be home during a cleaning, it’s perfectly fine.
