About Us

Clean It Up, Inc. is a residential cleaning company based out of Naples, FL. We pride ourselves on being a family-owned business, and it’s not a title we take for granted. From our clients to our employees, we try to incorporate a family atmosphere into everything we do.

Originally founded in January of 2000 by husband and wife, Randy and Esperanza Eastman, Clean It Up grew into the premier cleaning company in Naples, FL. The dynamic between Randy and Esperanza worked perfectly, as he would handle business operations while she would take care of all client and employee interaction.

Unfortunately, Randy was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. He fought hard for four long years as he managed the business, battled his illness, and cared for his family. Randy passed away in 2013, at which point Esperanza took over all responsibilities.

Since then, Esperanza has managed the business, learning many invaluable lessons that came with her new responsibilities. Through all these lessons, she has been able to maintain Clean It Up as one of the best cleaning companies in Naples, FL.

Today, Randy and Esperanza’s son, Cody Eastman, has taken over business operations, managing every facet of Clean It Up. Cody aims to solidify the values his father founded the company on by emphasizing a family-oriented culture.

Meet the Team

Randy Eastman
Founder

Randy was born in Sandstone, MN. Growing up in Minnesota brought him many exciting memories and experiences, such as being a part of a successful family-owned sporting goods company that eventually brought him to Naples, FL.

One thing Randy loved more than business was his family, whether it be his parents, sister, wife or kids, they always came first. Some of his hobbies included watching NASCAR, golfing and rooting for his Minnesota Twins and Vikings.

He founded this company on the same values that he lived out within his own family. At Clean It Up, we want to keep those same values true today in his memory.

Esperanza Eastman
President

I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and then moved to Spain, which is where I met Randy. In Spain, I gained experience in the banking industry, which I have used in growing Clean It Up into the leading house cleaning service in Naples.

Starting Clean It Up with Randy has been one of my most rewarding experiences. Through the company, I have the privilege of developing long-lasting relationships with many of our clients, employees and business partners that I will cherish forever.

When I’m not working with Clean It Up, one of my hobbies is learning, as I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge through reading and a variety of classes.

I love Clean It Up, and what it has done for my life. My goal is to make that same kind of impact on the people we interact with.

Cody Eastman
General Manager

Born and raised in Naples, FL, I have lived here my entire life. I studied business-management at Florida Gulf Coast University. From there, I worked for a privately-owned online marketing company where I gained valuable lessons that I can apply to Clean It Up.

I watched my Dad grow this business from the ground up. My intention is to incorporate everything he did to build the company, and add to it in order to make a lasting impact in the city of Naples, FL.

I want to be more than just a cleaning service to our clients; I want them to feel the family environment that my Dad integrated into this business so well.

When it comes to my personal life, I am a committed Christian, and desire that the employees and clients of Clean It Up see the humility, love and self-sacrifice of Jesus in my leadership within the company and in the community.
